Something about working in the Creative Industries seems to lead to working creatively on everyone else's projects, but leaving little time to complete your own.
With that in mind, I am currently undertaking a complete website rebuild. New design and content coming soon.

Redmayne's Gift of Reincarnation
Eddie Redmayne has some powerful acting skills, and now he even has an Oscar to prove it. But of all his talents' it is probably his reincarnation skills that have impressed me the most. Yes indeed, most remarkably he has reincarnated Lord Voldemort from the Harry Potter universe and rebirthed him as Lord Balem in the Jupiter Ascending universe.
Not since Ralph Fiennes playing Harry in In Bruges as a reincarnated Don Logan from Sexy Beast have I seen such incredible
reincarnation. But wait! Ralph Fiennes was Lord Voldemort!
Have we, dear reader, stumbled on to a pattern, a reincarnation chain where Redmayne, Fiennes and Kingsley are all intrinsically linked? Perhaps they are reincarnationed versions of each other, leading parallel lives at the same time?
The internet tells me that parallel life incarnation is possible; time and space being things that we puny humans know little of as linear time only applies in the 3rd dimension. Luckily Stephen Hawking’s can teach us a lot about dimensions and as we have now established the probable link, I’m sure Ben Kingsley will expand the theory of everything time related when he plays a reincarnated Hawkings in an alternate narrative universe.

Starter for 6 2013
Larissa has just completed the Starter for 6 Main Programme 2013, run
by the Cultural Enterprise Office. Part of Team Pikapeek, they are
researching ways in which online film broadcasting can become more
sustainable, making it easier for filmmakers to fund new work, grow
their audience and offer a better audience experience.
Starter for 6 has been a fantastic learning experience, offering tools, contacts and new approaches that will be invaluable on future projects.

Revamped
So, as you can see, blog is revamped with separate pages to make everything easier to view. New video work up in the form of the long awaited Benjamin Bluehands video for Adam Stearns and the Glass Animals. Great single and was a fantastic project to work on. They are still selling their 7" of this track and Tender Roots, so go get a copy. Info here https://www.facebook.com/adamstearnsandtheglassanimals
It definitely feels like the end of the summer now that Doune the Rabbit Hole is over. We had a great weekend at Duncarron where I did a photo exhibition in conjunction with The Lighthouse Camera Obscura http://thelighthousecameraobscura.blogspot.co.uk/
Had such a fun time VJing for Orchestra of the Sphere's who were headlining the Baino stage on Sunday night. They're an incredible band, and during the performance we had a Dragon dancing through the crowd, so to accompany I did a mix of space footage, dinosaurs, birds, tribal dancers and other assorted frivolities. If you haven't been to Doune the Rabbit Hole yet, I can't recommend it enough. This is a great review of the weekend http://www.squeamishbikini.com/4/post/2012/09/the-good-the-bad-and-the-muddy.html
Also filmed The Brotherhood of the Blueship for a little live promo that we are cutting together, so keep an eye out for that in the coming months.
Lots of developing music documentary work in the pipeline. Things are starting to get pretty exciting...
